Not a result of the cold, but due to a corroded connection and a recent bump. Water spews everywhere, and we call Sherman Smith for help. Within an hr, Ed our service tech shows up. Did I mention it’s 5 degrees out? Ed was professional, courteous, and had the pipes back together, and the heat back on, in under an hr. I can’t recommend these guys more highly. Would definitely use them again.
